DELIVERY AND RETURN
DELIVERY POLICY
We ship "in stock" items within 24-72 business hours directly from Thailand via International Registered Airmail after payment clearance. (Please see stock status on each product page. During high season, the status might not be accurate. If your order is urgent, please contact us to confirm stock status before purchasing.) During Thailand's public long holidays in mid-April and New Year's, the manufacturing and shipping process may be delayed by up to 7 days.
Please note: After we dispatch your order, the delivery will be the responsibility of the Postal Services of Thailand and your country.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
We only use the shipping address that you provide on our website, not on any payment gateway website or PayPal. You will receive a confirmation email after placing an order with us. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct.
DELIVERY TIME
After shipment, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. The delivery time from Thailand is approximately 10-14 business days (around 2-3 weeks).
For some countries, the delivery time can be longer due to the Customs service of each country.
TRACK AND TRACE
In our shipping confirmation email, you will receive a link to see the tracking information. Alternatively, if you need our help, please contact us. We will assist you very shortly.
UNCLAIMED/INCORRECT/INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS
To reship an order due to it being unclaimed or having an incorrect/insufficient address, a new shipping fee will be charged.
CUSTOMS DUTY/TAX/IMPORT VAT
EU customers please note: We are not signed up to the EU Import One Stop Shop for VAT. Import VAT must be paid upon arrival in your country.
Buyers will be responsible for any duty/tax/VAT. We do not include it in our price.

MISSING PRODUCT
When you receive your shipment, please ensure that you have received all items. Note: If you purchase a large order, you may receive two or more tracking numbers, and items may arrive in separate shipments. For example, we may ship in-stock products to you first, and made-to-order items will be dispatched later. If items are missing, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
RECEIVED WRONG ITEMS
If you receive incorrect items (e.g., different model, color, or size), please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photographic proof to make a claim.
Please note that sizing between each brand can be slightly different. If the size we sent is correct according to your original order, it cannot be claimed.
LOST SHIPMENT
We provide a tracking number for every shipment. You can check the tracking status on the Thailand Post website or your country's postal service website. If the delivery status is "Delivered" but you have not received the shipment, we recommend you first contact your local post office for more information, as this is often the fastest way to resolve the issue. If they cannot provide an answer or advise you to contact the sender, we will open an investigation claim with Thailand Post. This process is the responsibility of Thailand Post and can take between 1-3 months. We might require proof, such as CCTV footage. The claim outcome will be based on the results of the investigation. Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery cannot be claimed. If the package is returned to Thailand, we will contact you immediately.
RETURN POLICY
Exchange / Refund
We accept returns for exchange (new size, style, or color) or refund for products that are new, in their original packaging with labels, within 30 days of the delivery date. For exchanges, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and the shipping costs for the new products.
For refunds, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. The product's value will be refunded once it arrives at our office. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you need more information, please contact us.
***Please note that customized products, such as special sizes or personalized items, cannot be returned for exchange or refund.***
Please mark "RETURN TO EXCHANGE" or "RETURN TO REFUND" clearly on the package.
The returning process might be delayed by Thai Customs, potentially requiring an additional 2-3 weeks for customs clearance.
We are a duly registered company in Thailand, operating in accordance with Thai laws and regulations only. Your purchase from our website signifies your full understanding and acknowledgment of this fact.
Damage
This policy covers damages caused by the factory, the company, transportation, or damage discovered after the first use. Please contact us to make a claim within 30 days of receiving the product. During the claim process, customers will be requested to provide a few photos of the damage and answer some questions. After the claim is approved, a new product will be sent to you at no additional cost.
